Deploying KOREV
Start with one process.Scale the intelligence.
KOREV is deployed in stages. Each stage has its own scope, its own success criteria, and its own decision to move to the next. Every proposal is on quote, after scoping.
Four stages, one system.
- 01
Pilot
One process, a defined corpus, success criteria agreed before you start.
Evidence
- 02
Production
Multiple agents and processes, integrated with your tools.
Evidence and Atlas
- 03
Critical
High-stakes decisions go through reinforced control.
Atlas, Evidence, and PRISM
- 04
Sovereign
Dedicated infrastructure, in a European cloud, hybrid, or on-premises.
The full system, in your environment
Stage 1
The pilot: a real process, a well-founded decision.
Test a real process, measure the quality of the output, and decide on the conditions for moving to production.
Scope
Define the process, the usable data, and the success criteria.
Prepare
Prepare access, the chosen environment, and the evaluation set.
Evaluate
Run the workflow, review the results, and log discrepancies.
Decide
Examine the value observed and the conditions for moving to production.
Offers
Three engagements, on quote.
The proposal separates the delivery of the pilot, any infrastructure or model costs, and the conditions for moving to production.
Evidence Pilot
Prove out Evidence on a real business process. One targeted business process, real or representative data, specialized agents designed around your flow, rules and approvals defined with you, success criteria set before kickoff, a working demonstration, and a measurement of the value delivered.
Evidence Production
Scale one or more business workflows. Workflows proven in the pilot move to production: integration with the organization's sources and tools (DMS, ERP, CRM, internal databases, APIs), extension to new processes, monitoring, team training, and support.
Evidence Regulated / Enterprise
Deploy in a sovereign or regulated setting. Private or on-premises environments, regulatory requirements, reinforced governance and auditability, PRISM cognitive control on critical processing, and Atlas domain intelligence deployed within your perimeter.
What determines the scope: the number of process steps and the degree of agent customization; corpus quality, volumes, and data preparation; integrations and the deployment model: dedicated cloud, hybrid, or on-premises; controls, evaluation criteria, and user support.
Before the pilot

The KOREV Pulse assessment helps identify the processes where AI can work under control, and choose the first one.

Assess a use case
Which process would you hand over to AI without losing control of it?
Describe a process, even roughly. Together we assess how sensitive it is, which data it involves, and the level of control and sovereignty it requires. Then we tell you honestly whether KOREV is the right answer.
What you get
An analysis of the process: sensitivity, data, and the human approvals it needs
The right deployment model: European cloud, hybrid, or on-premises
